As we proceed with the planning of the Fall Tournament, a number of coaches have expressed concern regarding the NO ADDING PLAYER provision. There may be instances where teams don't have enough players on their roster to meet the number that are playing on a side in the tournament. EXAMPLE- U-12 is playing 9v9 and a coach only gets 8 to sign up to go. Or the region is playing with less on a side.

We are making a change to the provision, with stipulations.

A maximum of 3 players from within the region, may be added to the roster, to bring the playing number up to the amount of players on the field. The RC must sign the roster and by so doing ensures that ALL the players from the team were asked to participate.

The RC's signature also ensures the coach is trained in the in the age group they are coaching. NO EXCEPTIONS

The RC will ensure the additional players were selected in a fair manner.

ALL applications and rosters must be postmarked by Sept.21, as we won't accept any late registration or roster changes. NO EXCEPTIONS
